SLATYFORK, WV (WVNS) – Searchers were out in Pocahontas County on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 to look for a teen who has been missing for nearly a week. Trace McKenney, 19, of Slatyfork in Pocahontas County was last seen on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018.
McKenney walked away from his grandmothers house in Slatyfork, WV at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday. That is near Snowshoe Ski Resort. According to a release, he also did not show up for work at Beckwith Lumber Company on Thursday or Friday.
Trace is a white man who stands 5-feet 11-inches tall and weights 150 pounds. He has dark brown hair and hazel eyes.
